Jeffrey started his technology career at IBM, where he spent eleven years building everything from public safety infrastructure to a global innovation platform adopted by the Cleveland Clinic. Since then he has run Kinetic Thoughts, delivering complex custom software, data warehouse architecture, and managed technology services across healthcare, marine, public safety, and professional services industries.
He thinks in systems. He translates complex technology into decisions business owners can actually make. And he has the scars of thirty years of real engagements to back it up.

Jessica brings a medical industry background that has proven invaluable in healthcare technology engagements, including years of content and operational work on a complex fertility platform. She manages the day to day operations of Kinetic Thoughts hosted web services, brings design sensibility to client projects, and keeps the business running with the kind of quiet operational precision that most clients never see but always depend on.
